On June 14, she posted on her Instagram account that she and her husband, Sumit Suri, welcomed a baby girl on June 13. In her heartfelt post, she included the message 'It's a girl!' alongside a photo documenting this special moment. In the caption, she reflected, '||ॐ॥ Our daughter is here. Our hearts are filled with love and gratitude.' The announcement has been met with warmth from fans and fellow actors.

Prior to the birth, on February 11, Surbhi announced her pregnancy on Instagram, revealing the excitement of her family regarding the arrival of their new member. She described the joy of receiving support from her mother and mother-in-law, saying, 'They have been a great support through this journey.' Surbhi also expressed her experience during pregnancy, stating, 'I was hoping for mood swings, but it looks like that’s a myth, at least for me. I’ve been eating normal food and I’m really not craving anything fancy.'

Surbhi Jyoti and Sumit Suri tied the knot in a traditional Hindu ceremony on October 27, 2024, at a Jim Corbett resort in Uttarakhand. The couple's wedding featured eco-friendly rituals that highlighted their commitment to sustainability. Surbhi wore a stunning red lehenga complemented by gold and silver jewellery, while Sumit donned a white sherwani.

The couple first met while working on the music video 'Haanji - The Marriage Mantra', where they portrayed a bride and groom.
