Seerat Kapoor Responds to Misogynistic Remark on Social Media
Telugu actor Seerat Kapoor addresses comment equating her to 'Allu Arjun property', advocating for respectful treatment of women.

Telugu actress Seerat Kapoor has reacted strongly to a comment made by an Instagram user who referred to her as "Allu Arjun property" under one of her recent social media posts. Seerat condemned the remark as disrespectful and emphasised that women should not be described in terms of ownership.

In her response, Seerat directly addressed the user, stating, "Adding a heart-eyes emoji doesn’t make it sound any respectful, sir. A woman is never anyone’s property. She’s her own person, with her own identity, dreams and voice. Admire with dignity, not ownership. Stay blessed." This statement quickly garnered widespread attention online, receiving appreciation from many who supported her decision to confront the derogatory comment instead of ignoring it.

The incident occurred after Seerat posted a series of glamorous pictures in a brown lacy outfit, captioning the images, "Entering the weekend like my own muse." While she received numerous compliments and positive reactions from her followers, the comment referring to her as "Allu Arjun property" stood out and prompted her public response.

Screenshots of the exchange have since circulated across various social media platforms, stimulating discussions about misogynistic language in online interactions and the culture surrounding celebrity identities. Many users praised Seerat Kapoor for her articulate and firm rebuttal, with comments such as, "This is exactly how you deal with trolls," and "Well said" appearing in support of her stance.

This incident has reignited interest in Seerat's relationship with Allu Arjun, a well-known figure in Telugu cinema. Earlier this year, she shared previously unseen photographs with him on his 44th birthday. The images, reportedly taken on his private jet during an international trip, surprised followers and sparked significant dialogue online.

On the professional front, Seerat Kapoor recently appeared in projects including "Save the Tigers," as well as films such as "Bhamakalapam 2" and "Manamey." Her latest contributions include the song "Ghallu Ghallu" from the production "Usha Parinayam." Upcoming projects for the actress include titles such as "Jhatasya Maranam Dhruvam" and "The Black Gold."

In the meantime, Allu Arjun is preparing for his next film "Raaka," under the direction of Atlee, alongside Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone. Additionally, he has another project slated with director Lokesh Kanagaraj.
