UN Secretary-General Discusses Security Council Challenges

Antonio Guterres, the United Nations Secretary-General, has highlighted ongoing difficulties faced by the UN Security Council in addressing global challenges. In an interview, Guterres described how the body is currently not functioning optimally due to geopolitical divisions.
