Director S. S. Rajamouli has officially unveiled the first look of Priyanka Chopra as Mandakini in his much-anticipated film, 'Globe Trotter'. The striking image features Chopra in a vibrant yellow saree, poised dramatically on a cliff while wielding a gun. Rajamouli celebrated her return to Indian cinema by stating, "The woman who redefined Indian Cinema on the global stage. Welcome back, Desi Girl! @priyankachopra. Can’t wait for the world to witness your myriad shades of MANDAKINI." The film, also starring Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran, promises to blend traditional Indian aesthetics with high-octane action, a combination that has already captured the attention of viewers.

Chopra, who has enjoyed a successful career in Hollywood, expressed enthusiasm about her character, stating, "She’s more than what meets the eye
 say hello to Mandakini." This role marks her significant return to Indian cinema after several years, further heightening expectations for the project.

The promotional campaign for 'Globe Trotter' has ramped up, with Rajamouli sharing additional insights into the film's development. Following the release of Chopra's look, the director also posted a teaser of Prithviraj Sukumaran's character, Kumbha. He praised Sukumaran’s performance, remarking, "Bringing life to this sinister, ruthless, powerful antagonist KUMBHA was creatively very satisfying."
