No Charges on Digital Payments Confirmed for Consumers in India

Indian officials have confirmed that consumers will not face any charges for digital payment transactions. This assurance comes amidst discussions regarding the financial implications of digital payment systems, particularly on the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) transactions.
