Maruti Suzuki Achieves Record Monthly Production in July 2023

Maruti Suzuki, India’s largest automotive manufacturer, achieved remarkable success in July 2023 by producing 248,845 vehicles. This figure represents the highest monthly production in the company’s history, showcasing a robust demand for passenger vehicles amid a recovering market post-pandemic.

The production numbers reflect a strategic ramp-up by Maruti Suzuki in response to increasing consumer demand. The company’s plants have been operating at higher capacity to meet the needs of an expanding customer base.

In recent months, the overall passenger vehicle market in India has witnessed a surge, with a reported growth of 33% in dispatches for July compared to the same period last year.
