Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday Star in New Film Teaser Release
Kartik Aaryan, one of Bollywood's most prominent actors, continues to maintain a busy filming schedule, even celebrating his 35th birthday on set for his upcoming project, 'Naagzilla'. As a special birthday surprise for his fans, he has released the teaser for his new film, 'Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri', which also stars Ananya Panday. The film is set to premiere in cinemas on December 25, 2025.
The teaser introduces Aaryan's character, Ray, who is portrayed as a self-proclaimed 'mumma’s boy' with a well-defined physique and numerous tattoos. Ananya Panday plays Rumi, a modern woman seeking a love story reminiscent of the 1990s. Their on-screen chemistry promises to capture the audience's attention as they navigate their relationship in a contemporary setting.
Accompanied by an upbeat music score from the renowned duo Vishal and Shekhar, the teaser showcases Aaryan's impressive dance skills, adding a vibrant energy to the film. A notable moment occurs at the end of the teaser when Rumi suffers a jellyfish sting, leading to a humorous exchange reminiscent of the popular sitcom 'Friends'. When Rumi expresses her discomfort, Ray jokingly refers to the iconic scene involving a similar predicament and quips, “Jumma jumma chaar din hue hain mile, main kyun tera zeher nigalne laga? Arre woh saanp ke kaatne se hota hai idiot, jellyfish ke nahi. Iss samay iska ek hi solution hai.” To this, Rumi responds with a blend of disbelief and humour, escalating the light-hearted moment.
Kartik Aaryan expressed his gratitude for the birthday wishes and shared the teaser on social media, stating, “Thank you for all the birthday love..yeh raha Ray ka return gift ❤️#TuMeriMainTeraMainTeraTuMeri TEASER OUT NOW! In cinemas THIS CHRISTMAS! 🥳🎁.” The film, directed by Sameer Vidwans, is produced by Dharma Productions and Namah Pictures, with notable producers including Karan Johar and others. As the festive season approaches, the film aims to deliver a blend of nostalgia and modern romance, appealing to a wide audience during the holiday season.
