BLACKPINK's Lisa Sparks Mixed Reactions at 2026 VMAs

Lisa, a member of the popular K-pop group BLACKPINK, captured significant attention at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards held on September 27. Arriving on the red carpet, she donned a sheer, form-fitting red dress designed by The Attico, complemented by a dramatic fuzzy coat from Quine Li. Her signature high ponytail and iconic bangs further enhanced her bold look, contributing to her status as a focal point for online discussions.

The response to her appearance, however, was notably mixed. Many fans expressed admiration, praising it as one of the standout looks of the event. "K-pop will never see another real it girl after Lisa," one admirer tweeted, while another remarked, "O its serious for her."

Following the EP, her documentary titled "Always Lalisa" will premiere globally on October 12. Later this year, she will embark on her Viva La Lisa residency in Las Vegas, spanning multiple dates in November, further solidifying her status as a prominent figure in the entertainment industry.
