AI+ Launches Affordable Nova Flip 5G Alongside New Smartphones
AI+, a technology brand, has unveiled its latest Nova series smartphones in India, prominently featuring the Nova Flip 5G. This device is touted as one of the most budget-friendly flip smartphones available, with a starting price of ₹29,999. The new lineup also includes the Nova 2 and Nova 2 Ultra, priced at ₹8,999 and ₹14,999 respectively, and is set to attract a range of consumers looking for affordable yet feature-rich devices.
The Nova Flip 5G is notable for its foldable design, offering a 6.9-inch AMOLED inner display and a 3.1-inch cover screen for easier access to notifications and apps. It boasts significant camera capabilities, including a 50MP primary camera and a 32MP front-facing camera, allowing for high-quality photography. The device runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor and is equipped with an adequate 4325mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.
In addition to the Nova Flip 5G, AI+ has also launched the Nova 2 and Nova 2 Ultra models. The Nova 2 features a 50MP main camera, a large 6000mAh battery, and 18W fast charging. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core processor and supports dual-mode 5G connectivity. It comes with a 6.7-inch HD+ display with a fluid 120Hz refresh rate, providing users with a smooth scrolling experience. The device will be available for purchase starting April 14.
Meanwhile, the Nova 2 Ultra showcases advanced specifications, including a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, a 50MP Sony IMX752 camera with optical image stabilization, and an impressive AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 2500 nits peak brightness. This device will go on sale from April 17, 2026.
AI+ has also made a foray into the tablet market with the release of the PulseTab, featuring a 10.95-inch FHD display and an 8000mAh battery, priced at ₹9,999. This tablet includes expandable storage up to 1TB and dual SIM capabilities, making it a versatile option for users.
As part of its expansion, AI+ introduced additional audio products including the NovaPod Beats, which offers active noise cancellation and health tracking, and the RotateCam smartwatch, which features a rotating camera and 4G connectivity.
Purchasers can choose the Nova 2 and Nova 2 Ultra in a variety of colours, including Purple, Green, Pink, Blue, and Black, while the Nova Flip 5G is available in Glacier White. The sale for these innovative devices is poised to begin in May 2026, aiming to cater to a broad audience in India’s competitive smartphone market.
