To ensure a common, secure, and prosperous future, he emphasized the importance of regular interactions during summits, conferences, and conclaves to address the concerns of all parties involved.

According to Defence Minister Singh, India believes in a world order that is based on rules and fairness, where nations are treated with equality and respect, and not dominated by any particular alliance. He mentioned that India has always been receptive to new ideas from around the world and is a hub for global ideation.

India has always worked towards the betterment of all nations, particularly those that are still developing, without being affiliated with any particular group or alliance.

He added that this top-down approach often leads to unsustainable solutions and other problems, including a debt trap, local conflicts, and other negative reactions, and therefore, the focus should be on supporting countries in building their institutional capacity so that they can develop bottom-up solutions that align with their national ethos.

In his address to the Defence Ministers, Rajnath Singh expressed India's commitment to forging deeper defence partnerships with friendly countries based on mutual respect, trust, and cooperation.

He added that rather than a traditional buyer-seller relationship, India aims to develop symbiotic relationships with its partners that foster shared learning and growth. He highlighted India's growing defence manufacturing ecosystem and invited feedback and comments from the assembled delegates.
