As many as 126 science models from different schools of Kashmir Division were exhibited in the exhibition

State Institute of Education (SIE), Kashmir on Saturday organized 9th National level INSPIRE science exhibition and project competition, here, at Government Girls Higher Secondary School Kothibagh.

As many as 126 science models from different schools of Kashmir Division were exhibited in the exhibition.

Addressing the gathering, Director School Education Kashmir, Mohammad Younis Malik, who was the chief guest on the occasion, said that we need to provide proper platform to the students so that they can showcase their talents. The exhibition aims to create scientific temperament among the students, he said.

Joint Director ( Central ), Abid Hussain, Deputy Director (News) DDK Srinagar, Qazi Salman, Field Advisor SIE Sanjay Kumar, Principals of DIETs, Principal GHSS Kothibagh, Nusrat Bukhari, and other concerned officials of the School Education Department were present on this occasion.

Pertinent to mention that out of 126 Models only 3 Models have been selected for National Level INSPIRE Science Award function 2019-2020 which is being organised in New Delhi later this month.
