Sony Launches New Bravia 7 II and Bravia 9 II Televisions

Sony has officially unveiled two new televisions, the Bravia 7 II and the Bravia 9 II, showcasing the latest advancements in RGB LED technology. This launch signifies a bold move for the company as it aims to solidify its position in a competitive market.

The Bravia 7 II offers a fresh approach to home entertainment by utilising red, green, and blue LED backlighting. This innovative technology allows the television to display a wider range of colours with increased brightness compared to traditional LED models. Each LED is driven individually, enabling precise control over the colour mix, which is vital for optimum viewing, particularly in vibrant scenes.

The specifications of the Bravia 7 II include support for high dynamic range formats such as Dolby Vision and HDR10. In terms of audio, it supports advanced sound technologies including Dolby Atmos and DTS:X.
