Multiple IPOs Set to Launch in August 2026, Targeting Rs 25,000 Crore
India's primary market is preparing for a significant influx of initial public offerings (IPOs) in August 2026, with over fourteen companies scheduled to enter the market. Among the most notable are quick commerce leader Zepto, Truhome Finance, and logistics platform Shiprocket. Collectively, these firms are expected to raise more than Rs 25,000 crore, signalling a positive shift in market sentiment and robust fundraising intentions.
Zepto, known for its rapid delivery services, plans to execute one of the largest IPOs on the horizon. The company is aiming to gather up to Rs8,010 crore via a new issue, along with an offer for sale (OFS) of 11.34 crore shares. This ambitious target highlights the company's confidence in investor demand for their shares.
Truhome Finance, a player in the housing finance sector, intends to raise Rs 3,000 crore through its IPO, which will consist of a new issue of Rs 1,500 crore paired with an equal OFS.
Meanwhile, Elevate Campuses, which focuses on educational infrastructure, looks to secure Rs 2,550 crore entirely through a fresh issue, with no OFS component. Shiprocket has filed for an IPO valued at Rs 2,342.35 crore, incorporating a Rs 1,100 crore new issue and an OFS of Rs 1,242.35 crore.
Another notable contender is Innovatiview India, specialising in education technology and assessment solutions, which targets an IPO of up to Rs 2,000 crore through an all-OFS approach. Additionally, Milky Mist Dairy Food, a dairy products manufacturer, is preparing for a ₹1,553-crore IPO, marking its entry into the growing consumer market.
Several other firms are also gearing up for public listings, including Dhoot Transmission, ARCIL, Ardee Industries, Gaja Alternative Asset Management, Rays of Belief, Hy-Tech Engineers, Shankesh Jewellers, and Learnfluence Education. The upcoming IPO season has generated excitement among investors, especially given the recent launches this year.
So far, 36 Indian companies have concluded their IPOs in 2026, with nine of those occurring this month alone. Noteworthy upcoming IPOs include those from Manipal Health Enterprises and Juniper Green Energy, scheduled to open on July 29 and July 30, respectively. Market analysts expect that the IPO pipeline will remain strong as firms seek to take advantage of favourable investor sentiment.
Equirus Capital's Bhavesh Shah has predicted that India may secure around $20 billion through various IPOs in 2026. He noted, however, that investors are increasingly selective regarding valuations, indicating the need for firms to present compelling prospects to attract funding.
