Apple's Foldable iPhone Photo Leaks, Nvidia Unveils RTX Spark
Recent developments in mobile technology include a leaked image of Apple's anticipated foldable iPhone and Nvidia's introduction of the RTX Spark platform. The image, sourced from leaker Ice Universe, showcases the device's White/Silver finish and its robust design. Reports suggest that the new foldable will also incorporate a vapor chamber for cooling, similar to that found in existing iPhone Pro models.
Additionally, Motorola has introduced its Edge (2026) smartphone in the United States and Canada, featuring a reduced display size of 6.3 inches. The device will retail at a price of $600 in the U.S., with features including an updated Edge 70 Pro model that boasts a 6.7-inch OLED display, a Dimensity 8350 chipset, and a powerful 6,000mAh battery with rapid 90W charging capabilities.
The highly anticipated foldable iPhone is speculated to launch in September 2026. In collaboration with Nvidia, Microsoft has announced the upcoming Surface Laptop Ultra, touted as the most powerful Surface device to date, expected to be available in autumn 2026 with the RTX Spark technology integrated.
Also noteworthy is Oppo's recent participation at the UEFA Champions League Final in Budapest, where they showcased the Oppo Find X9 Ultra. This flagship model features a 50-megapixel telephoto lens and the Kirin 9010S chipset, designed to enhance photography capabilities during significant events.
The iPhone 18 Pro is reported to feature two distinct battery capacities based on regional sales; the Chinese variant equipped with a physical SIM is expected to have a 4,056mAh battery, while the U.S. variant, utilising eSIM technology, is expected to come with a more powerful 4,288mAh battery. Xiaomi has also introduced a new colour, 'Bold Yellow', for the Poco X8 Pro, joining existing options of Teal, White, and Black.
