The new appointees will get physical copies of their appointment letters at 45 locations across the nation

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hand over 71,000 appointment letters to newly inducted recruits on Tuesday (November 22) as part of the Rozgar Mela. He will also speak to these appointees on the occasion.

75,000 other newly appointed individuals covered under the Rozgar Mela had already received their appointment letters earlier in October.

The new appointees will get physical copies of their appointment letters at 45 locations across the nation, except in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh which are in election mode right now.

According to the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), along with the categories of positions already filled, positions for instructors, lecturers, nurses, nursing officers, physicians, pharmacists, radiologists, and other technical and paramedical positions are currently being filled. Additionally, the Ministry of Home Affairs is filling several positions in various Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF).

In addition, PM Modi will introduce the "Karmayogi Prarambh" module, an online orientation program for all new hires in different government agencies. It will contain information on workplace ethics and integrity, human resource regulations, and a code of conduct for government employees, as well as additional perks and compensation that will make it easier for them to adapt to the new rules and step into their new jobs.

Because of this module, new appointees will have the chance to explore additional courses on the igotkarmayogi.gov.in platform to advance their knowledge, capabilities, and skills.

The Rozgar Mela is a step in the direction of the Prime Minister's promise to give the creation of jobs the highest priority, the PMO pointed out. It is expected to serve as a catalyst for further job creation and give young people worthwhile chances for empowerment and active engagement in national development.
