In a remarkable display of military cooperation and prowess, the Indian Air Force (IAF) joined forces with the French Air and Space Force (FASF) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Air Force in the much-anticipated Exercise Desert Knight 2024. Conducted on January 23, 2024, from the Al Dhafra Air Base, UAE, this exercise marked a significant stride in enhancing the synergy and interoperability among these formidable air powers.
 
A Triumvirate of Air Power
 

The IAF's contingent showcased its growing aerial capabilities, featuring an array of aircraft including the formidable Su-30 MKI, MiG-29, Jaguar, as well as advanced AWACS, C-130-J, and Air to Air Refueller. Operating from various bases within India, these aircraft took to the skies over the Arabian Sea, demonstrating India's strategic reach and aerial might.
 
France and UAE’s Contributions
 

The French participation was no less impressive, with the deployment of the state-of-the-art Rafale fighter aircraft and a Multi-Role Tanker Transport, showcasing the FASF's advanced technological capabilities.
