The three-day event will witness over 100 conversations and deliberations over five thematic pillars
The Raisina Dialogue, India's premier conference on geopolitics and geo-strategy, is set to see its 8th edition from March 2-4. The meet will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday. Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni will join the inaugural session as the Chief Guest.

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) is organizing the event in collaboration with the Observer Research Foundation (ORF). It is expected to be attended by representatives from over 100 countries.

Raisina Dialogue 2023 assumes special significance as it coincides with India's G20 Presidency. The three-day event will feature more than 250 decision-makers and thought leaders from across the world, including Ministers, former Heads of State and Heads of Government, Military Commanders, Captains of Industry, Technology Leaders, Academia, Journalists, Scholars on Strategic Affairs, Experts from leading Think Tanks, and Youth.

The theme for the 2023 Edition of the Raisina Dialogue is "Provocation, Uncertainty, Turbulence: Lighthouse in the Tempest?".

Over the course of three days, participants will engage each other across 100 conversations of various formats, and deliberate over five thematic pillars, which are:

1. Neo Insurgence: Geographies, Domains, Ambition

2. Amoral Mosaic: Contest, Cooperate or Cancel

3. Chaotic Codes: Sovereignty, Security, Society

4. Pernicious Passports: Climate, Commons, Citizens

5. Grey Rhinos: Democracies, Dependencies, and Debt Traps.

Over 2500 participants will be attending the Dialogue in person, while millions are expected to follow the proceedings across various digital platforms. The Raisina Dialogue has consistently grown in stature and profile over the past eight years to establish itself as one of the leading global conferences on international affairs.
