Online registrations for the 12th World Hindi Conference have already started

In collaboration with the Government of Fiji, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) is hosting the 12th World Hindi Conference (WHC-12) on February 15–17, 2023, in Nadi, Fiji. The conference's central theme is "Hindi: From Traditional Knowledge to Artificial Intelligence."

According to an MEA press release, participants can register online starting on December 6 for the 12th World Hindi Conference in Fiji at www.vishwahindisammelan.gov.in.

According to the ministry, the registration fees for different people are different. Indian citizens have to pay Rs. 2000 to take part in the conference, whereas Indian students only have to pay Rs. 500.

Apart from this, foreign nationals will be charged about 50 dollars to take part, whereas foreign students will have to pay only 10 dollars.

As specified on the website, the charge can be paid online using Internet Banking or any authorized debit or credit card. In order to promote greater participation, the charge has been decreased from the last conference.

Earlier, in October, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar unveiled the conference's website and logo in New Delhi. In addition to information about past World Hindi Conferences, the website provides pertinent details for guests visiting Fiji for the 12th World Hindi Conference, including Visa procedures, lodging, and COVID-19 standards, among other things.

The website will soon be updated with comprehensive details on the academic sessions and program of the 12th World Hindi Conference.
