India is evolving as a country fit for a new future, from "software to space", PM Modi said

India is the new hope of the world today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Thursday. "Wherever there are challenges, India is present with hope, wherever there are problems, India comes out with solutions," PM Modi remarked.

PM Modi was speaking through video conferencing at the 'Yuva Shivir' organised at Karelibaug in Vadodara, Gujarat.

From delivering vaccines and medicines to the world during the Corona crisis, to the hope of a self-sufficient India amid hindered supply chains, to the position of a competent nation for peace in the face of global instability and conflicts, India is the world's new hope today, Prime Minister Modi maintained.

PM Modi stated that India was teaching the whole of mankind the way of Yoga and educating them on the strength of Ayurveda. He also remarked that India was evolving as a country fit for a new future, from "software to space."

The Prime Minister told the gathering that our faith has taught us that ongoing character development in every generation is the foundation of any society.

He exhorted people to unite and work together to create a new India with a new identity, a forward-looking future, and old traditions.

He referred to Vadodara as "Sanskaar Nagri," saying that it has become an essential base for the world's most famous attraction, the "Statue of Unity." Vadodara is becoming known all over the world as Vadodara-made Metro coaches are used globally, he added.

During his address, PM Modi also described a Nagaland girl's initiative to clean Kashi's Ghats. She began alone but was soon joined by a large group of individuals. "This illustrates the power of resolve," he pointed out.

The youth meet was organised by Shree Swaminarayan Temple Kundaldham and Shree Swaminarayan Temple Karelibaug, Vadodara.
