In this phase, India’s repatriation flights would connect several unserved destinations

The Ministry of Civil Aviation has confirmed that the Vande Bharat Mission would dovetail to its sixth version from September 1. Union Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said this mission would go on till October 24.

In the 6th phase, India’s repatriation flights would connect several unserved destinations.

“More flights and destinations being added to VBM to further widen the geographical reach of the mission in its current phase and in Phase-6 from 1 Sept to 24 Oct 2020,” Puri tweeted, said The Tribune. “Our endeavour is to reach out to every stranded and distressed Indian citizen around the world.”

The report stated that Air India will operate over 145 flights between India and the United States during this phase and destinations will be added to further widen the reach.
